Within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays



The citizen may contact within 10 working days the corresponding department of the Pension fund for reception of the ready reference, by showing a document confirming his identity.





In case of contact of legal representative for ready reference, the legal representative must provide documents confirming his identity and representative’s authority.

The result of this service is to provide citizens with ready reference of pensions and disability benefits in place requirements.

Reasons for refusal


  1. The absence of the relevant documents, which proves the identity of the person who applied for the service.

  2. Incomplete or incorrectly completed application form.



Order of appeal


The applicant has the right to appeal for failure to provide services within established timeframe, as well as actions (inaction) of an official institution in accordance with the legislation.
