PINFL for foreigners
To register foreigners in the Single Identification System, it is required to obtain a PINFL – Personal Identification Number of an Individual.
Foreign citizens can get PINFL by visiting public service centers or migration and citizenship departments of internal affairs bodies at the place of temporary registration (assigned on the basis of an application) or permanent residence (assigned upon obtaining a residence permit).
