Which body should I apply to in order to obtain a license for medical activity and what documents are required?

Accepted Answer

License applications are submitted to the licensing authority via IT “License” or Single Portal Interactive Government Services (SPIGS).

the application shall display the following information:

a) name and legal form of the legal entity, its postal address, place of business, name of the banking institution and bank account, telephone number, TIN, e-mail address (if available), duration of medical activity, selection by license categories , reason for completing the application (new license, re-registration), procedure for obtaining a license (general or accelerated procedure), consent of the license applicant to comply with license requirements and conditions;

b) information on availability of equipment and other technical means, including medical equipment necessary for medical activity in accordance with the approved minimum requirements.

Who receives referrals to sanatoriums through the PSC (Public Services Centers)?

Accepted Answer

Referrals are issued to the following categories of elderly and disabled persons:

persons equated to disabled persons and war participants;
widows (widowers) of deceased servicemen who are not remarried;
persons receiving personal pensions of republican significance;
persons who suffered from radiation sickness and became disabled as a result of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant accident;
persons of retirement age who have completed military service at nuclear test sites and other radiation and nuclear facilities;
persons with group I and II disabilities, a person accompanying a visually impaired person with group I disability;
elderly persons living alone and in need of care from other persons;
recipients of retirement pensions.

Where to apply for a certificate on whether a citizen is registered in a narcological and psychoneurological dispensary or not?

Legal basis: Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 612 of 20 November 2023 “on measures to systematize normative legal acts regulating the provision of public services”.

Paragraph 5 of the Administrative Regulations states that an applicant to use a public service must appear in person at the center of public services or apply for a public service electronically in Single Portal Interactive Government Services (SPIGS).

It is organized to provide 109 types of medicines free of charge to patients as prescribed by a doctor; this list also includes a number of expensive medicines for renal failure and for immune deficiency disease.
